Add RMS temlate to the mail flow rule

Hello all

I am going to apply the RMS rule to my office 365 account neither I am using AD nor Azure account . So far I activate the IRM in it and Create a share point there only now I need to use the RMS template in mail flow rule but it is not present .

I think atleast the default Template are present in there .

Can any body suggest what I have to do.
