Publishing Excel Per User

Hi,

I have created an App-v package of Excel 2013 in App-V 5.0 using ODT.

I have a concern regarding it.

1) Is there any way to publish this package per-user not per-machine ?

2) If not, then what we need to do to install it per users only as we have limited number of licences ?
