I purchased Office on-line and also opted to buy the backup cd.
I have had to replace my hard drive and the CD says I can get the activation code by visiting www.office.com/my account.
Whe I did this, there were no office products listed, so no activation code.
How do I resolve this issue and activate the product I paid for using the backup disk I also paid for?
