I have attempted to download 365 somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 times. I had 2007 Office Professional already installed on my computer (WITH CD's and activation key). I kept getting an error that I had a pre release or beta version on my computer and
that I had to uninstall the whole thing. It provided me with the "Mr. Fix it" link and I uninstalled everything. I KEPT getting the same message, so I re-installed 2007 to see if there was (like there used be) an upgrade option. I was able to finally
install (not with that option because there was none) 2013/365... ALL of my 2013 programs worked EXCEPT for Outlook. Outlook was the MAIN reason I wanted the upgrade, the benefit of having new software was because I needed it for my homework and had to make
a publisher document that I was hoping would be better made in 2013 version.I have unistalled and/or deleted ALL of my programs of Microsoft and/or Office... to the point that I am worried my system is going to go insane. I even tried (after the first 10 times)
to just do a recovery.. I tried 3 times, none of which took. I am lost!!!! If Outlook wasn't the reason I bought it, I would be fine with just running the other programs but I need my outlook.
