I am unable to set up an Outlook 2013 account. The Windows 8 account works fine, but the Outlook on the desktop view will not allow me to set up the account using the Wizard. This happened after the latest SW update. My existing account stopped working,
so I foolishly deleted it and thought I'd just reset up. It appears the wizard is unable to connect. How do I manually set up the @msn.com account?
