OneDrive stuck on 'Signing In'

I was told by the Microsoft Support Engineer 'As the computer is connected to a Domain Network, you may post your question here.'

Here's my question:

I installed OneDrive on my work PC so I can easily get photos from my phone to the PC. It worked the first day, but now is stuck on 'Signing In'.

I also have OneDrive for Business on the PC. It works fine.

How should I proceed to troubleshoot the problem?
