SharePoint 2013 on-premises with One Drive for Business iPad app

Hi,

We have on premises SharePoint 2013 farm and would like to deploy bunch of iPADs with "OneDrive for Business" app to access, edit files on iPAD ( Office for iPAD installed) and save onto on-premises SharePoint "One Drive".

We don't have Office 365 subscription. Is it possible to access, edit, upload/download on-premises SharePoint "OneDrive" files on iPAD without Offcie 365 subscription?

What's the best solution in our scenario?

Any help in this issue is much appreciated.
