Microsoft Communicator

Hi,

We want to use Microsoft communicator. Whether we need to buy license separately for this.We are using Microsoft Office Home & Business 2013.It contains Word,Excel,PowerPoint,One Note,Outlook.

Please let know the use and advantage of Microsoft communicator.
