Hi All;
We have migrated all our mail accounts from an on premise exchange to Office 365, we are a retail business and we have a fleet of printers in our stores that used to use our exchange on prem as an SMTP relay to scan to email, we have been advised that we could use DirectSend directly from office 365, but we have been unable to find any documentation about how to configure the printers, all the info found so far did not resolve the scan to email functionality from Printers using the DirectSend feature.
can anyone provide any insight to get this issue resolved.
