Good day MS support,
I am trying to install add-in tools into my user MS office 2013 but I have encounter error due to their MS Office Library has been stored into Root folder. For instance "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\Root\Office15\Library".
I compare my own MS office installation, it was installed without the root folder "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\Office15\Library and the add-in tools that I wanted to install, I managed to install it.
If I uninstall user machine MS office 2013 and reinstall, which area I need to disable to prevent the installing path store in root folder? Otherwise lot of other third party add-in tools which integrate with MS office unable to add in.
