On Windows 8, using Office 2013, when I save my work on SkyDrive, Word freezes for a couple of seconds before the save is completed and I can continue to use Word.
It isn't my computer, I'm running very high specs which achieve a windows rating of 8.0. The processor is an i7 3770k and Word is running with 16 gigs of RAM to use. So it can't be that.
Similarly, my internet speed cannot be a problem. It's a consistent 45mb/s.
Are the SkyDrive servers just slow? Or is it not implemented well into Word?
It doesn't take a long time to upload after all this. Just the initial time when I click the 'Save' button.
