I am a office365 user for a small company in the Netherlands. I have deployed office365 and created a few share emailboxes in Exchange. But I now get the following questions from users.
When they send an email from a different folder, OWAP automatically fills the main user emailadress. Example
My main emailadress AJB@Test.com and when I reply or send an email from Info@test.com my emailadress AJB@test.com is shown as the from adress.
I know I can choose a different adress, but when you reply on a email (quick tap on the button), you sometimes forget to do this. I want to automatically use the right adress when I am in a different folder.
I have googled and Binged like an idiot, but I can not find the awnser. Is there anyone in the universe who can help me.
We use office365 small business.
