I've having issues activating Office 365 proplus , the scenario is , we have previously installed office 2013 proplus (volume licence) and now are removing this and installing Office 365 proplus via the deployment tool, all installs well until you need to activate office and we get the following error:
"We are unable to connect right now. Please check your network and try again"
I've try the Fixit removal tool to get rid of the remnants of Office 2013 , that hasn't fixed it, i've tried the opss.vbs script to remove old licence keys , that didn't work.
Has anyone got any other ideas on what could be causing this issue?
