Changing licenses from one Microsoft account to another

We had a person who deployed Microsoft Office Home & Business 2013 to the wrong Microsoft user account. We need to take the 5 licenses and transfer them over to a different Microsoft active account. If we log into the account that has the active licenses and try to add a alias (which is an active Microsoft account), it will not let me do this. What are my options at this point?
