Hi there, I'm having some issues installing my Office 365 Education subscription on my Mac. I have downloaded and installed it, but when I try to open the program, an "Activate Office" window opens, where I am prompted to give my product key, sign in, or start a free trial. When I try to use my product key, it says it is not valid (I copy and paste my product key from my email), when I try to sign in and activate my account, I am told that I do not have a valid account. I have consulted the live chat and nobody has helped and they have done nothing but refer me to other help departments. I was wondering if anyone could offer some help.
